He is heavily involved in shaping LPL Research’s tactical mutual fund, exchange-traded product, and separately managed account portfolios and regularly provides thought-leadership perspective in LPL Research’s publications providing market news and insights. Prior to joining LPL Financial

Early in his career, Jeff worked at Sanford C. Bernstein, now part of AllianceBernstein AB, as well as Deutsche Bank as a Research Analyst.

His interest in the market was sparked at an early age, watching his father, who was a stock broker. Two important observations came as a result of the 1987 market crash, when his dad not only stayed invested but did so calmly. The power of these lessons are things he still draws upon today.
