Benton Turnage: Having freedom and flexibility is extremely important.

Nicole Burdick: LPL provides a model of supported independence where I have the independence, the freedom to run my business the way that I want to, and to serve my clients in the way that I think is best.

Benton Turnage: The clients that we're serving in today's times have different needs and different wants, and so for us to truly customize something we needed to work with a firm that allowed us to be entrepreneurs and really focus on what those needs were.

Nicole Burdick: But I also have the support when I need it and the guidance when I need it. And so it's the best of both worlds.

Sanjay Das: Out of the tools and resources that are provided to our firm, I would say honestly the number one thing is our Relationship Manager. We have this person, a one-stop shop, or at least a contact, one contact, that we can email, we can call and makes a large organization smaller.

Nicole Burdick: The tool that's really revolutionized how I do my business is AdvicePay.

Benton Turnage: The Private Client Group. They've been extremely helpful and not only pointing us in the right direction when we have questions but given us very quick and accurate information. LPL as a whole is just provides a lot of those tools and resources that we need to help us scale our business.

Nicole Burdick: I think one of the greatest resources within LPL is the people. I have been blown away by the generosity of my peers who are fellow advisors and also the generosity of people at home office just taking their time to support me in my practice. And I can tell that they really want me to succeed, and they're going above and beyond to make sure that I'm successful and have what I need.
