LPL Financial Announces Second Quarter 2021 Results

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LPLA) (the “Company”) today announced results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2021, reporting net income of $119 million, or $1.46 per share. This compares with $102 million, or $1.27 per share, in the second quarter of 2020 and $130 million, or $1.59 per share, in the prior quarter.
