PODCAST: Listen to the interview

The changing regulatory environment has put pressure on advisors to increase efficiency and deliver more value for their services in order to remain competitive and thrive. Johnson has tapped into LPL resources and expertise to support her ability to adapt and grow. With that support, she has been able to enhance the high-touch, personalized service her clients have come to expect and increase efficiency within her practice.

  • Technology: “As the world has become faster and faster, we've truly become a 24/7 society. Certainly, there have been increased demands for rapid access to technology. Not only on the part of the firm, but by clients. We have depended heavily on ClientWorks, the new technology set forth by LPL.”
  • Social Media:  By using social media as a marketing tool, Johnson has been able to spend more time on her core business and servicing her clients.
  • Specialists: Her LPL relationship manager has helped navigate her to the many specialists at LPL who have a depth of expertise in topics such as marketing, supervision and succession planning, to name a few. She credits those specialized resources and insights for helping her business adapt through industry changes.
