Prediction Markets: The New Bet Against Traditional Investing

Prediction markets are exploding in popularity. But the real story isn't what people are betting on. It's what they're betting against. In this episode, Matt and Taryn talk with LPL Financial's Chief Wealth Officer, Aneri Jambusaria, about prediction markets versus investing and gambling, and why they're catching on with younger generations. The conversation covers what these markets get right and where they can go wrong, from manipulation risks to consumers mistaking speculation for long-term wealth building.
