Located in a prime area of Midtown near Bryant Park, the building is home to a number of leading financial firms and is within easy walking distance of the legendary theater district,  Grand Central, 16 subway lines, and wide variety of restaurants and retail.

The space features modern, sophisticated design with natural light and sweeping views of the city.
