An Important Notice for Job Seekers

With the increased use of technology in the recruiting and job screening process, there has been an increase in the number of fraudulent activities to take advantage of job seekers. LPL Financial is aware of fraudulent employment offerings with the company by individuals or organizations posing as LPL Financial representatives or employees.

Finding legitimate opportunities at LPL Financial

Legitimate job openings at LPL Financial are posted on LPL Financial’s career website, which is also where applications must be submitted.  Any job applications received by LPL Financial will be evaluated based on the requirements outlined on the posted job description and a candidate’s experience.

Characteristics of a scam offer

The goal of the scammer is to get money or personal information from you. Scammers may try to contact you using unsolicited text messages, emails, or messages on online chat forums. However, LPL Financial will never ask you for payment to move forward as a job applicant or candidate.

Note: LPL Financial will communicate with a job applicant who has already applied for a position at LPL and only through an email that ends in "@lplfinancial.com."
