LPL Financial Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Results

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LPLA) (the "Company") today announced results for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, reporting net income of $301 million, or $3.74 per share. This compares with net income of $271 million, or $3.59 per share, in the fourth quarter of 2024 and net loss of $30 million, or $0.37 loss per share, in the prior quarter.
