LPL Financial Announces Completion of Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LPLA) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, LPL Holdings, Inc. (“LPL Holdings”), has completed its previously announced offering of $400 million of senior unsecured notes due 2031 (the “senior notes”).
