LPL Financial Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: LPLA) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, LPL Holdings, Inc. (“LPL Holdings”), has completed its previously announced amendment of its revolving credit facility (the “credit agreement amendment”) and offering of senior unsecured notes (the “senior notes”).
