A New Class of Rising Stars

Ideation, networking, growth, and a premier women’s leadership event are taking place in our nation’s capital December 4–6. And shining in the middle of it all are 20 Rising Stars.

LPL Financial’s Rising Star program launched in 2018 and recognizes emerging women financial advisors and program managers within LPL and the industry. Rising Stars are experiencing accelerated business growth and are next-gen leaders in a high-performing practice, program, or institution. These future leaders — in their practice and at LPL — exemplify commitment to clients, business growth, and career advancement.

Committed to Women’s Success

In addition to the recognition, the 20 women will be honored at LPL’s Achieve Women’s Leadership Forum in Washington, D.C. They’ll connect with LPL leaders and network with more than 300 industry leaders. Achieve — an invitation-only event — empowers top-producing women advisors by creating a powerful peer community to accelerate their growth and enhance their overall business.

“We want women financial advisors and professionals in institutions to know there’s a community of support available to them,” said Angela Xavier, executive vice president, Client Success. “LPL is committed to empowering women in the industry and helping them expand their leadership skills through robust connections and learning opportunities. As a Rising Star, the women will connect with peers to hear how they’ve built successful businesses and forged a fulfilling career path that plays to their unique strengths.”

2024 Rising Star Award Winners

The Rising Star program and Achieve Women’s Leadership Forum are key initiatives in evolving, recognizing, and developing the next generation of successful women advisors within LPL and the financial services industry.

“As we celebrate this year's Rising Stars, let their success be an inspiration for women in the financial industry,” said Xavier. “Your potential is limitless. Keep rising, keep shining, and know that the future of wealth management is yours to shape.”
