Congratulations to our annual service recognition program winners

At LPL, our care model is focused on our advisors. It’s a commitment to make sure you have what you need to succeed. This means providing you with the resources you need to deliver a differentiated experience for your clients, and striving to deliver a unique experience in the wealth management industry.

Connecting you with the highly trained support staff of dedicated professionals who partner with you on a daily basis is integral to that commitment.

While all our support staff provide peerless industry support, a few have risen to the top. As part of our annual Service Superstars program, you have identified nine front-line LPL employees who provide exemplary service; individuals who go above-and-beyond to ensure you have what you need to succeed.

Congratulations to this year’s Service Superstars winners!

Angela Green is a Service 360 Professional who provides general assistance to advisors in servicing their client accounts. “This environment is all about relationships. Working with our advisors and giving them the confidence that we’re going to follow through and complete their tasks to their satisfaction is essential to our care transformational journey,” she said.

Breanna Norris is a Service Professional, answering calls each day and helping advisors through processing. “I support my advisors by making sure that I help them see every issue through completely, from beginning to end. We work through every avenue to get the end result that they’re looking for,” she said.

Corey Pierce is a Retirement Plan Specialist who fields phone calls and addresses complex issues related to employer plan retirement services. “My ‘special sauce’ is my follow-through. The advisors I work with know that they’re going to get a response when they reach out,” she said.

Jacob Barno is a Case Manager with the LPL Strategic Wealth Services Team. He addresses escalation issues and anything that requires expedited service. “I try to be open-minded. I really don't know what the offices are going through on a personal level, so I try to take a very sensitive approach to understand what they want to do,” he said.

Joe Snodgrass is a Retirement Plan Specialist, helping advisors with the more complex issues regarding retirement account servicing. “I help advisors a lot with transitioning to LPL and making sure that the process is as smooth as possible. I mainly try to give excellent service every day,” he said.

Michael McDonough is a Dedicated Service Consultant with the Service 360 team, fielding myriad requests, and inquiries each day. “I’m usually the first point of contact for a lot of my advisor's offices. Anything that they need, whether it's getting things done quicker or reconfirming that is, I try to do it right the first time,” he said.

Nancy Weatherup is a Supervisory Principal with the North Central team in Minneapolis. She helps her advisors mitigate risk in their business, providing them with the educational tools necessary to assist them. “I always try to return phone calls right away and answer emails as quickly as I can. It's important because your business is important. I want to do what I can to help you along the way,” she said.

Phoebe Uribe is a Senior Analyst with Marketing Regulatory Review, where she supports West region advisors by reviewing marketing materials and ensuring they align with state and federal regulations and industry policies. “I try to treat every advisor with the courtesy that I would want to receive. I try to make myself available to them for whatever they need and provide them with the best guidance that I can,” she said.

Tamela Smith works in the Dedicated Service Center, developing long-term relationships with the same clients. “I support my advisors with a first-call resolution approach with real follow-through. I understand how important it is to be there for our advisors and provide them with the correct information, and the process and the procedure behind it,” she said.
