Strategic Wealth Services puts the focus back on clients

Like many financial advisors, the COVID-19 pandemic caused Mari Peralta and her team at Adara Wealth Management to rethink how they should run their practice moving forward. “The new manner that we had to do business caused us to pause and ask – is there a better way we can continue to service our clients and provide for them in the best possible way for us? At the same time, we wanted to give clients the opportunity to have more opportunities that we didn’t have access to at our prior firm.”

The benefit of Strategic Wealth Services, is that it's a one-stop shop. I mean, ultimately, at the end of the day, anything you need is at arm's length. And I think that having worked for a large wire house, regional, but large regional previously. You take for granted that you can pick up the phone and call somebody and the wheels will get turning. And if you're a large enough team, you might have a special dedicated resource to call into, but at the end of the day, you don't really have control. Under Strategic Wealth you get that entire suite of services and there are people doing it for you and anticipating your needs. And that is a huge part of it, is you have these partners in, in your LPL Strategic Wealth team that are able to be forward-looking to help you set your goals, to help you identify what's next, and then support that, and bring it full circle.

No matter what's going on in our world, we're able to hand off those business management items to another resource. And I'll use something as simple as marketing, right? I'm not a marketer by trade. I'm not skilled with that per se. I don't have that background, but knowing that I can hand off content to someone else who does have the education, who does have the background and the experience – to do everything, to make it look nice, to get the messaging across in the way we want it to get across, all I have to do is provide them with, this is what I want to say. Please get it out there. And then they take it and run with it. And that's just huge for us. Your clients think you're a rockstar, by the way, because you're getting it all done running your own business and still treating them like the gold that they deserve to be treated. At the end of the day though, you have this support and you don't even have to think about it. And that's just invaluable.
