Dory Rodriguez: Having that freedom and flexibility so that I could be at really important events for my children, you know, whether it's a school choir, or a hockey game for my boys, or, um, you know, my daughter's, you know, in singing, like being present at her concerts, that is so critically important to me.

Matt McAfee: I'm thrilled that we have such a competent partner in LPL who is managing parts of our business better than we could on our own. And that, to me, is at the heart of what a strategic partnership is. You don't have to be all things to every person, right? There's a reason all of us use different- different, uh, providers of services, because many times people can either do it better, faster, or cheaper than you can do it yourself.

Shari Miller: You know, I, I don't wanna be in the office every night until 7 PM. I had a client ask me the other day, "Well, you get in at 6:30, don't you?" Absolutely not. Uh, I would probably not be in this business if I had to be at work at 6:30 every day. So, I think that you know, that, that just feeds right back into technology and some of the tools that LPL's given us.

Kash Ahmed: So, the support and flexibility is, uh, is, is paramount because we run independent businesses, and LPL is our back-office partner. And without them, we, we cannot exist. Without the support of a large organization like LPL, I'm not able to serve my clients.

Cindy Gammon: So, the freedom and flexibility that we get from LPL is very important in that our business is very tailored to our clients' needs. Um, they have provided resources around sustainability that we did not have at our, at our prior broker dealer and we appreciate that support, um, and the flexibility to serve our clients. How? Because it's really, it's really about the clients. It's not about us. It's not about LPL. It's about them.

Merri Carol Hall: We have products and capabilities that we did not have before, that go much beyond technology. Goes to product set. Um, so we do have those enhancements that truly make me feel like I have the ability to offer my clients the best solutions.

Sanjay Das: I just don't care about all this noise and, and other stuff out there. And because I don't care about it anymore, it's just been free and I actually feel like our success as a firm has, has just, um, grown astronomically.

Nicole Burdick: I think one of the greatest resources within LPL is the people. I have been blown away by the generosity of my peers who are fellow advisors, and also the generosity of the people at home office, just taking their time to support me and my practice. And I can tell that they really want me to succeed. And they're going above and beyond to make sure that I'm successful and have what I need.
